Dinner feast at HL house

Left office at 6.20 pm yesterday, boarded the bus around 6.30 pm. Reached HL house around 6.50 pm. Bus 23 was very fast!!! Now understand why HL took 23 last time from school, because it was so fast and the bus stopped right in front of her block ds.

HH, Nicholas met up first in NTU LT5. Then took 179 out and train down to town. PG joined them at Bugis to buy the durian puff from rich and good bakery. ZX got to work night shift so unable to join.

They too also took bus 23, but the one before mine, so they reached slightly earlier than me. But they sagged because they saw my bus was almost empty while they complained that the bus they took was full house. LOL~ We then went up to enter HL house together.

Sebastian was already there and preparing and setting up the table ba. HL sis wasn't around and then her bro was in the house at that point of time.

Shortly after, we started the feast! There were some finger food - fishball and seaweed chicken。 Then also got laksa and popiah, which was the main attention for that day. Not long after, HL sis also came back with a friend. Apprently she studied the same course as PG ds! Eeeek! This friend super bx. The most impression each of us have now on her is when she pointed to shoulder while saying '我的腰痛'. Omo, so embarrassing! Throughout the stay there, we kept mentioning this to her. She was so embarrassed and said don't want us to remember her using this incident lol.

When I put the fishball into mouth and squeezed it to one side, she then laughed at me saying I look like hamster. Aigogoo~~ HL還加油加醋說我是不是嘴巴塞食物要準備冬眠去。完全瘋了她們！She said I looked like the Korean comedian Kim Jae Dong. Aigoo, I think it's because of my specs ba - bought in Korea! Though sis has commented before I looked a bit like Yoo Jae Suk but this is the first time I hear people commenting me look like Kim Jae Dong. Why no Korean idol???!!!

I thought I could eat a lot, but I was quite full from a small bowl of laksa and 2 rolls of popiah. The rest was also surprised as well. Maybe I slimmed down, appetite also grow smaller le. Haha! Then chit chat for a while, mainly is talk about NTU hostel. But before that, both HH and HL sis were talking about putting passport at the hall. HL mum got so agitated and said cannot go JB alone. Baituo, 這樣都給他們想到的說。

HH now staying in Hall 1 with himself alone in that big room! He explained that he contacted the NTU authorities and requested to change the hostel room from double bed to just a single bed one, due to 'eczema' and snoring. Ok, sounds reasonable. But he hoped to change to an air-con one, but honestly speaking the it will get cool or even cold because the hostels are not located exactly in a concrete jungle setting. In fact, there are a lot of trees surrounding them, so at night it's definitely cooling de.

Then Sebastian said Hall 1 toilet need to ownself clean de. Then he added on that he got horrible experience with people who don't take care of the hygiene. Aigoo, after sweating out without bathing just lie on the bed! Eeeek! So disgusting and dirty baituo.

HL sis and her friend staying in Hall 4 and they complained that the lights are flickering, the toilet lights are even brighter than the room light and HL sis got a bed with red stains on it, omo looks like some problems only happen to girls. 看了都噁心咯！Two of them bx when Sebastian was saying good things about NTU, then at the end he would pour cold water by mentioning what's not so good. Example he told them to use the toilets at SRC, but at the end he said the toilets are smelly ds. 完全被炸到……

Also talked about the canteens around NTU. Canteen 13 famous for western pork chop, but now moved to canteen 16 and is halal now. Canteen 2 famous for the ayam penyet and some beverage/dessert thingy, but after the renovation, the drink/dessert stall is gone now. Canteen 4 the Ah Lian Bee Hoon very famous and also got confirmed that the tze char not bad! Canteen 1 also heard most, if not all, of the stalls got changed.
Not sure about NIE canteen, because it's so far away from the rest of the campus. 
HL sis and her friend don't know where is Canteen B lol. My favourite dining place in NTU! Food cheap and quite decent, but after renovation last year, changed to Koufu and hearsay it's not that good le. Food now is more ex and not so nice liao.

HL sis bought a new Redmi 1S phone, I said I bought Redmi Note. Then everybody went crazy over Redmi Note. SSF, HL and Nicholas asked me if I could still help them to buy. Aigoo...

We moved on to play 三國殺國戰版. Her bro also joined in, was quite happy to see more people are knowing the game so that it's easier to call people out to play. Played one round, very long. Nicholas, her bro and HH same team. But I don't know why HH don't want to reveal his character and country after I first revealed it. In the end let Nicholas and her bro snatched up the vacancies and form up an alliance. HH said he wanted to reveal his identify HH could only get 野心家 which IMO is rather challenging to win the game.
Sebastian was a long sweet time to look at the cards. All of us were complaining the slow motion...

Then it was game over for Nicholas and HH. HH was the first to die first, then he kept commenting as if he were still in the game. Baituo jin noisy... 最終吳國敗北、蜀國完勝！

Talked about bus strike at JB CIQ because Channel 8 10 pm news report this incident as the headlines. Don't know what are the governments are thinking about, 玩這種遊戲苦的是老百姓。

Left at 10.45 pm. Heng got the very last train to board, if not have to pay in taxi is bxds. Was sooo tired liao.

It's enjoyable to have simple meal and chatting heartily over almost anything. :)
