This week is super sian week. No off, no leave. One word to describe: sian!
Afternoon went lunch with YL, KK and Barry @ Nex. Bought the yong tau foo again, but this time round they charged me $5.60! Omo, that's quite expensive ds. Only then I realised they secretly add in one more item which I didn't add initially. 70 cents more aigoo...
Afternoon was quite restless though it should be relatively relaxing liao.
Joa came in - quite surprising. Bought 2 kit-kat peanut butter from NTUC nearby $4.15 for 2 not cheap but it's quite exotic leh!
Left 7.30 pm, quite early for my standard le! Worked past 12 midnight, I wanted to fall asleep liao.
2014-09-02 Tuesday
Was in a rush in morning, heng I got everything correct ah!
Then left early in evening. It's a rare occasion that I can leave early wor, also means I can't do my work liao. Went with Joa and Barry by car to Somerset. Didn't know Joa is super expert in navigating around town area using car with minimum spending on ERP and carpark rates! Learnt something new today!
We ordered army stew ($40) and a kimchi pancake ($12) to stuff our stomachs the food first while waiting for the rest to come. Then WK, JY and SG also came... along with the cake. The moment I saw the cake, I knew to whom was it for. TBH, I didn't expect to celebrate birthday for Joa because this hasn't come across my mind ds. But everything now makes sense, probably part of the reason they postpone the dinner one week after also due to this, celebrate Joa's birthday just befoer she leaves for HK - the next morning.

After Joa left early by taxi to get her nails done, we continued 2nd part: chilling at Beans-stro @ Taka. Ordered The Original Mocha ($7.30). Average. But most important is to gather and talk about anything and everything!

Actually come to think of it, compared myself to Pra... the workload of mine is quite heavy and I leave office quite late, but it's nothing to Pra. Imagine trying to troubleshoot an issue and another issue occurs and so on, and not to mention the new issue happens at another site. Aigoo, I could imagine how tired it can be. And now I see JM and him, both of them seem to have slimmed down further a bit.
JY taught us a trick to save further when touring Hong Kong, can save a bit of money one leh. That is to fly to Macau and then travel over to HK. I think I should go and try it out ds... Keke!
Regarding the preferal treatment by the Malay AJM: I don't understand why... It's true that sometimes I talk to her how my worklife is... Heavy workload, go home late, not much personal time, not much rest etc. But I mean anyone also can approach her and have a short chat over anything and everything. Now just because Joa said I got fairy-godmother, everybody keeps niam-ing on it. Aigoo, I also don't know how to respond. The best thing is, they know how to say she is my 'fairy-godmother' but they can't come up with solid examples to prove. QS SSF!
I should really cut down on my expense because of the upcoming Bangkok trip. On the other hand, they were talking about the pay increment is in December and bonus in January. 不知道自己表現如何，然後加薪多少，花紅多少呢？我還需要快快還完學費的咧！唉，錢真是難賺啊！

Morning meeting with boss, he asked me not to stay until so late everyday. I think it's good to hear that there is someone who actually pay attention to my situation. I have been working until quite tired liao.
After I wish Joa a safe and enjoyable trip in addition to happy birthday to her in advance, she replied 'it's fun to have me around'... Aigoo! Instant meltdown去～ Of course la, 你的快樂都建築在我的‘痛哭’上咧！Keke, although all along I know everybody are kidding and doesn't mean serious business, but still I pretend to act serious on it. LOL~ And now she is in Hong Kong, XYY 享受她的假期！其實還蠻令人羨慕的。
After the meeting, lunch at Subway @ Nex. Without knowing anything, paid $6 for a 6-inch long egg mayo sandwich, only realised that I paid for the student meal. But I didn't show them my student card wor. Meaning what? Meaning they thought I'm still a student! XYY!
Worked way after the usual working hours - boss saw me still there working after his meeting. He said 'have you forgotten what we talked this morning?' The truth is I really wanted to finish what's halfway done and not leaving there dangling ds. The next day I come back I confirm will forget where I stopped de. Left office 9.40 pm.

Nothing much happened today, but I learnt a lot from OYL and Barry during lunch at the food court @ Nex today. Didn't know last time 有些人火大幾乎開始戰爭起來了說！
Today luckily I left office at 7pm. Considered one of the earliest timing le lo, after taking boss's comments into consideration. 現在要待在辦公室把東西做完都很難了。

Barry brought in snowskin mooncakes bought from Raffles Hotel. The Champagne Truffle mooncake was very very nice! Didn't try the Chocolate Coffee flavour though. I'm shrieking out at my seat while enjoying it. Even those Spanish managers jiak liao also give big thumbs up and they jin du all took the champagne truffle one! $7 per piece is not cheap - atas breakfast!
Then GD kept finding me say got something urgent ask me for help. Suddenly, I just feel that the system that I'm specialise in isn't too bad actually, I can remote access and help him get the files. Barry asked him will he be in office - he said yes. The reason why I even mentioned this trivial matter is because...... Then WK asked who will be in office today, I mentioned GD. Then GD started to kan cheong (correct what, he said he will be in office mah) and then private whatsapp me what am I looking for him. LOL~ Really ah, I don't know to laugh or cry. I was answering to WK's question leh. Then he totally went '...' and said I treat him badly. MCS?! He and WK got the better gifts I bought in Madrid leh~ Aigoo, he is not aware that I treat him so well leh.
Then lunch at Food Republic @ Nex. Yes, I can eat yong tau foo everyday. But $5.60 is a bit expensive TBH, I got sick to eat at Nex liao leh. After lunch, they dabao Starbucks to go back office. *OMG, the queue at taxi stand so longgggg!* Turned away and took MRT instead. While on my way to another office to do some checks, they called and asked me not to come! Aigoo~~ 浪費我的時間！
GD still want to say me and Barry bullied him! Aigoo, both Barry and me so nice, 哪裡會欺負他的說？But he never mention Ko Ko ds...
Continued to work till 7.45 pm before left office together with GD. Alamak, I didn't realise I have to settle dinner today and asked GD where he went for dinner a bit too late - he could have boarded the bus and left ds. Otherwise, there could be a chance that we jiak din din together. Lol, nvm la wait for next time lo.
Took bus back, journey was quite fast ds. But as soon as I got home, Bay asked me to come out jiak din din as he was in town area! MCS?! Why don't ask me earlier? I could have stayed in office a little bit longer then go town straight from office what?! Baituo... In the end, I still agreed to come out - but to JE ds, at the same time pass the powerbank to him.
A lot of restaurants do not accept new patrons when we walked around Jem and Westgate - Din Tai Fung, Menya Musashi all stopped taking in new customers liao. Saw cousin at Westgate - she was wearing the newly bought shirt from Taobao! In the end, we settled for Coco Ichibanya. Ordered their Fried Chicken Curry ($11) with standard portion of rice and level 3 spiciness, in addition to the Iced Green Tea ($1).

The curry was very fragrant - the same as I had it almost 3 years ago. Bay found the curry was a bit too spicy though, I think level 2 or 2.5 would suit him lol. Then the rice I think it's not the usual Thai rice we usually have, but something near to 日本珍珠米, but I also cannot confirm was it really 珍珠米.
Bay watched 等一個人的咖啡 because he had free time from 3 pm till 7 pm - got a seminar at 7 pm - and because it ended earlier, that's why he asked for dinner so last minute. The seminar he attended is for Masters couse in NUS. He said if true blue local applying for it only need to pay $2,500 per sem, but comes with a 3-year bond. Otherwise, foreigners need to pay $7,500 per sem. Anyway, Bay said he gave up the idea after seeing the course won't be easy. LOL~
Totally knocked out when I just wanted to nap for a short while. The next time I woke up was already 3 am liao. Baituo~
