Work: Day 16 + McDonald's free 100,000 Egg McMuffins giveaway + first time to tracks

Woke up at 5.20 am to wash up and left house at 5.55 am to get the free egg McMuffins. 姑婆 also tagged along. By the time we reached the nearby McD, there were already a substantial queue formed up. This time round McD decided to go with the queue number system after the horrendous incident involving Hello Kitty dolls last year and everything went super smoothly without any argument between public and the McD staff. A lot of people went to re-queue to get more McMuffins.

PG also queuing up, got 2 McMuffins for himself. Then he went Chinatown and got 3! Total 5, some of them are for lunch... SSF, need so many for himself for what? 吃一個還好，吃兩個三個……那個味道會膩的說。

Went Dhoby Ghaut to work. But before actually took bus to work, purposely made a small detour to McD @ Plaza Sing, trying to get more McMuffins. Town outlets were a bit different because there were aunties giving out pamphlets informing public about the event and kept persuading people to drop by McD outlet to redeem the free breakfast. And the perky part was that the queue was so much shorter than the first time - didn't have to wait for than 5 mins to get one. :) Of course some people just passed by without any interest in this free breakfast giveaway event. The situation was totally different from heartland outlets where those kiasu aunties and those kids woke up super early (during their holiday btw) to queue up for this SSF.

After got another McMuffin, proceeded to go to another outlet @ Parklane. Again, the queue was so short that I got the third McMuffin in less than 1 min of wait. The manager was strict about taking more than 1 McMuffin per person. Aigogooo, claimed 3 McMuffins, 今天是個很喜洋洋的一天！:D

Ate one and gave another to WK. The last one was splitted into two and shared between Raymond and me. 如果吃兩三個真的會膩喔！

因為學校放假了！

再次排隊

號碼跳去2字頭了

 過了近一小時

在Plaza Sing的麥當勞

號碼才到245而已

如果是鄰里門市已經去到4~500了吧？

 同樣在市區的Parklane分店

號碼也是跳較慢

Then went site. Morning can't do anything as there was power trip.

Suddenly, got people (ok, it's Barry) came over and introduced himself to me when I didn't meet him before!!! News definitely spread fast wor. OMGAKKK!

Afternoon went tracks for the first time, it's much bigger than I expected. Jin excited ds. Reached home after work at 6.40 pm, considerably earlier than I usually do le.

MP3 player Clip Zip served me well. Just now went to flash the Rockbox firmware to receive more functionalities. But Rockbox don't know do what, didn't install my theme and font. As such, the player couldn't display the East Asian characters. After a few unsuccessful tries, I gave up and restore back the original firmware. The only gripe with the Clip Zip is the slight offset of display and weird remaining battery juice display.
