iTouch

Met up with Chuan yesterday 2.40pm. He was late by 10 mins and blamed everything on public transport. Poor public transport operators!

Settled the lunch at JEC. Went over to LJS but it was fully occupied. Went upstairs to the Kopitiam. Got vacant seats there and we decided to have lunch there. I had Kimchi fried rice and he got 铁板鸡肉套餐 as lunch.

After that, we walked to Creative warehouse. It was cloudy and started to drizzle. But never mind, as soon as we got into the shelter, it started to rain heavier.

The showroom was big and very less crowded. Not much people there except for 2 of us, the salesperson there and 3 guys. That's it.

We played with their MP3 line-up. The software loaded is quite laggy. It is obvious when you play MP3 files and watch the timer. The display is good, but I don't like the products' ergonomics. Sorry but no offence to all creative lovers!

After that, Chuan wanted to have a look at iTouch. So we took train to Orchard where there's an Apple specialty shop at Wheelock Place just to have a look at iTouch. As soon as we got there, Chuan was so attracted to iTouch that he bought it at the end. 8GB went for $498. Additional AC power adaptor as a bundle. Good buy huh!

Then we headed to Far East Plaza to get drinks! Got a treat from Chuan (功夫奶茶). Hmm... Chuan, next time must spend more so that I get to enjoy lots of treats every now and then. Haha!
