Few updates here.
Don't know why, I'm feeling more and more high...
Actually there're a lot of reasons contribute to this, I'll list down.
1. Didn't kena Welcome Guard
2. 3.5 days off, when I only entitled to 2 days only
3. 4-day leave
4. Since taking Argo, I began to like him more
5. AM needs a few months to process, so no worries!
6. I like my bunk, discreet location
But then, there're still spoilers though. Be aware of *******... Ever since that incident, I always thought that it happens once in the blue moon. But now I experienced it myself, luckily he met me... If not, he'd suffer like hell.
Received a bad news... WTF!!!
Today went for class 3 practical again. Passed subject 2.04 and 2.05. The instructor was good, he was the only one to pinpoint my surname out... OMG... Is like so obvious la... I told him I'm not a local lor. Then he asked why wouldn't I earn my Class 3 licence in Malaysia...
You think I don't want meh?! I also want and it's much cheaper...
But no choice la... Since I can't get it in Malaysia, then I have to get it here lor.
At the end of the lesson, he said my driving was swee swee... Huh, good meh?! I still have problem with clutch - causes the car to jerk when changing up gear. Couple of times engine stalling also. Aiya, whatever la. But the clutch problem is something I really need to improve on.
Hmm... I don't think I went out with my campmates for any outing wor, except for 1 driving lesson. That one was purely coincidence. Few instances occured whereby they asked me for kbox... But I really got something on la, if not I'd join liao. Quite a failure like that. Hmm... everybody is like so busy like that. If you're one of them and is reading this post, gonna tell you this: can ask me out de: movie, eat, sing also can... I don't want to collect dust at home.

Imagine I drive an old car...
Nissan Datsun 120YThe picture shows a Nissan Datsun 120Y... actually is my grandpa's first car. Bought in 1977 (MIJ!!), it is still a reliable car, as in it can still travel from point A to point B.
My point is if I'm going to take this car for driving test. Confirm plus chop I will fail!
Don't know why? Look carefully at the picture(click on it to show in 100%), it doesn't have left wing mirror! How am I going to look at the situation behind on the left side of the car?!

Hari Raya! Heng ah... it's not Friday.. If not, I have to call it black friday le...
Finally have the mood for shopping. So met up with Chee Chuan and we headed down to Bugis. Both of us wanted to shop for clothes... lol
MRT is unusually crowded. Just after the 2nd stop of it's pan-Singapore trip, it's already filled up with people. Got worse till City Hall.
Had lunch at BK Bugis... Nothing fantastic. All standard as usual.
The real shopping began after the lunch. I bought a T-shirt for $16.90. It's a brown T-shirt with simple but big design in gold. It goes well with trousers very easily... Now then I know. haha!
After that Chee Chuan set his eyes on those bling bling T shirts. 2 for $40. Good deal. Not bad.
After tour around the Bugis area, we got really sien. So we took train to Somerset where the shopping continued. Over there, I bought a brown (yeah, again~) tee from newbie for $28.90. Okay, the nice design made it up for the price le.
After that, we walked walked around the Orchard. I saw the real new generation of Ipods on display. The overall feel is nice but the screen a bit small. Itouch looks good but price is steep.
Over at Heeren, there's a shop selling creative products, it's located at level 3 or 4 I think. I like their merchandises. Would go there to buy some for decorative purposes one day.
Then, after months of observations, I came up with the general characteristics of NSFs. Based on these characteristics, high chances are they are NSFs lor.
1. Hang out in groups.
2. T-shirts with jeans and all-covered shoes.
3. Generally with caps on.
4. Dark skinned.
5. Thick black coloured temple.
Haha, what a lame observation I made.
Then had dinner at Cafe Cartel. Service still okay. Perhaps the business is too brisk such that they forgot to bring in my banana split and find the change for me when billing??? Seriously, I think the outlet at PS should expand by 2 or 3 times. It's just too crowded liao.
Was chatting about the songs... when Chee Chuan joked that 屋顶 must be sung when you're on the rooftop. Then I even power, I said what about 缺氧?

Kbox outing. Not satisfied at all. The advertisement Kbox had put up says that $5++ for all sessions stipulated due to anniversary thingy? However, the real thing and the ideal one are totally opposite. I got Peng Guan to call Kbox and the personnel there replied $5++ is from 2pm to 4pm. WTH??! Only 2 hours?? Might as well choose on a normal day then act cute as students to enjoy student rate la...
I don't get how Kbox works. Is it the management? Is it the customers? I don't know. In the past, when I said follow the package timing... 2-7pm and they will stick to the timing, which was good.
Then, until 1 or 2 years ago, the duration has shortened... tio a few times already when the personnel said 2-5 pm only when I need to pay charges for the usual 2-7pm period. To make the matter worse, there weren't a lot of people 光顾 their outlets, as in when we left at 5pm, we could see a lot of rooms were vacant.
Now, what they practise is totally opposite to what the advertisement promises. Something is wrong. I don't know why. 严缺厢房？
Perhaps I should try out partyworld lo...

SAFRA, what's the good about it?
Today received a letter snail-mailed from SAFRA. It says I've been presented a complimentary SAFRA membership free of charge. But where's the card?!
To tell the truth, this is the 2nd time I've been approached to sign up as a member under SAFRA. The first time was during my BMT somewhere in January I think. That time I already saw quite a lot signing up... The reason why I'm writing this is currently I don't have any plan to sign up. The reason? Read more...
Some simple maths involved. Let's say I sign up for 2.5 years (till 31 March 2011). A total of 3.5 years. The membership fee is $67.80. Minus a dollar for the making of the membership card becomes $66.80.
Divide the membership amount by 3.5. I'll get approximately $19.10.
This $19.10 means that I must recover this amount every year so that I wouldn't sign up for nothing, means no loss la. By looking at the participating partners, looks like I won't patronize their outlet very often wor!
Also, I look at the rewards presented... Most gave 10% discounts on purchases. Means I must spend $191 every year to get the accumulated discount of $19.10. 3.5 years means $668!
The only thing I'm attacted to is the discounted price of movie ticket $8 (U.P. $9.50). However, I need to pay visits to cinemas more often, more than 13 times a year to recover that $19.10.
The abovementioned is meant for 2.5-year-membership, it gets even better for longer membership terms and worse if you just sign up for 1.5-year-membership.
Don't mix up with the total amount spent by you and your friends, for example movie tickets in this case... like $6 off for 4 tickets. Because ultimately you're using your money to pay your membership. Good for friends, but good for me???
Furthermore, not every weekend I'm free, so can't enjoy the movie offers also... As in I have ODs to do... unlike my counterparts. Then, every month got good movies to watch meh??!?!

But one thing which can make me happy is new people coming in... By then, I can slack more.
Yesterday took the final theory test. Only 2 or 3 questions which require a little bit more thinking, otherwise the test is okay. Passed and I booked my TP test straight away.

The "belt" incident, "keybook" incident... It seems like being inside for a day can give you a lot of surprises leh...
But one thing which can make me happy is new people coming in... By then, I can slack more.
Yesterday took the final theory test. Only 2 or 3 questions which require a little bit more thinking, otherwise the test is okay. Passed and I booked my TP test straight away.

Just sign up for this... Actually a few friends had sent invitations asking me to sign up and join the fun. But just ignored them, too lazy though.

Signing up is a total breeze, completed in 5 mins. But the catch is later on.
After signing up... hover around to see some of the controls, the features, the profiles. I must say it takes weeks or even months for me to have a fully set-up profile! Too much things and I think there are really too much things to be put up in the profile. It looks messy though...
I don't know la... That is the first impression of facebook.

As I tell myself, don't go for driving practical lessons on weekends and during peak-hour period on weekdays, now I'm very bored.
So bored until I looked for my beloved A level General Maths Ten-year-series book to do some questions. Started with a relatively easy topic: Maclaurin's Series. I afraid I might lose out a lot by forgetting most of the knowledge... LOL
To me, the most difficult topic would be integration. I wouldn't say it is difficult until I cannot tackle it, but it involves some of the thinking before you execute your 'sword' on it. LOL
Maclaurin's series is something like this, virtually all expressions can be found in terms of powers of x.

1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.
is it just a really weird bug? :-??

At Microsoft the whole Team, including Bill Gates, couldn't answer why this happened!
It was discovered by a Brazilian. Try it out yourself...
Open Microsoft Word and type
=rand (200, 99)
And then press ENTER
then see the magic.......

Donuts!
Today boliao leh
After went for driving lesson (my first time learning on public roads!), I went downtown to buy donuts.
The queue isn't long, waited half an hour for my turn.
Wouldn't say much on the donuts... See the picture la!
Come back to the driving lesson, I find that I perform better outside than on circuit.
Today learned quite a lot, 'cause it broke away from the congested circuit. I get to shift to 4th gear, maintain focus, how to do merge lanes, how to change lanes when an obstruction lies ahead.
The instructor today said I did very good, not just good only. 'Cause I asked him "So far so good?" I was like so happy and glad to hear that. But that doesn't guarantee 100% pass on 1st attempt of TP test.
Yesterday's driving lesson... Sorry to stun my instructor, I should have told him to teach me how to do turns in tighter bends. But so far, without his teachings, I can execute the turns smoothly. Also, it was my first time driving civic model. There's a bit difference when driving a city and a civic. I think own personal judgment is very important. Ultimately, you have to drive on your own without any guidance from anyone in the future.
Now it's October of the year 2007. 1 more year and I can be break free again. Time flies.
I would expect this month to be very happening as I have made promise with fellow friends to go on shopping spree. Need to buy clothes, long pants/trousers/bermuda, a pair shoes and spectacles lor.
